How to sign in to Auspade
Signing in takes a minute once your account is set up. We have kept the process short, but a few details matter, so work through the steps in order.
Step by step
- Open the Auspade site in your browser and select the login button at the top of the page.
- Enter the username or email address you used when you registered.
- Type your password exactly as you created it. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Select the sign-in button. If your account has an extra security step switched on, enter the code when prompted.
- You will land in your account, where your AUD balance and game lobby are available.
If you do not have an account yet, use the registration option first. You will need to provide accurate personal details, because they are checked later during verification.
Forgotten password or username
It happens to everyone. On the login screen, choose the forgot password option and enter the email address linked to your account. We will send a message with instructions for setting a new password. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear within a few minutes.
Pick a password you have not used elsewhere. A longer phrase is harder to guess than a short string of characters. If you cannot remember which email address you registered with, try the ones you use most often, or contact our support team and they can help you identify the account.
Account verification
Like any licensed gambling operator, we need to confirm who our players are. Verification protects your account and helps keep underage and fraudulent activity off the site. You can usually start it from the account or profile section after you sign in.
Expect to be asked for documents along these lines:
| What we may ask for | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Photo identification, such as a driver licence or passport | Confirms your name and date of birth |
| Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement | Confirms where you live |
| Proof of payment method, where relevant | Confirms the account or card belongs to you |
Make sure each image is clear, uncropped and shows all four corners of the document. The name on your documents must match the name on your account. Processing times and the exact documents required can vary, so check the current requirements in your account area.
Common login problems
Incorrect password message
Check that caps lock is off and that your keyboard layout is correct. If you use a password manager, confirm it has saved the latest version. After repeated failed attempts, the account may be temporarily locked for your protection. Wait a while, or use the reset option.
Account locked or restricted
Accounts can be limited when verification is incomplete, when security checks are triggered, or when a player has set a self-exclusion or cool-off period. If you chose one of those tools yourself, it stays in place until the period ends. Contact support if you are unsure why access is limited.
Reset email never arrives
Look in spam folders, confirm you typed the address correctly, and make sure your mailbox is not full. If nothing arrives after several attempts, get in touch with support.
Page will not load or keeps logging you out
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Update your browser to the latest version, or try a different one. Switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi can also help. Using a VPN may interfere with access, so turn it off before signing in.
Keeping your account secure
Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, and we will never ask you for your full password. Sign out when you use a shared or public device. Where two-factor authentication is offered, we recommend turning it on.
Gambling should stay entertainment. Our account tools let you set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude. If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential support is available in Australia through Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. Players must be 18 or older.
